Especially back pain arises because of
uncomfortable mattress and if you have back pain then you can’t sit on
chair in the office while working. So in short we can say that mattress
can affect our whole routine. Some factors play an important role in
selecting mattresses such as size of mattress, material used to
manufacture it, cost of it and its thickness. The size of mattress
should be according to your height. If you have good height then
mattress should also be enough large. But if your height is not that
much then smaller one will also be suitable for you. Another thing is
thickness, Some people don’t like to sleep to thick mattress as it cause
them back pain if you are one of them then choose thinner mattress.
Materials
like cotton, foam are generally used to manufacture it, and its
selection also depends on your choice. If you are not feeling relaxed or
comfortable even after sleeping for a long time and if you are feeling
pain in your back then you should change your mattress
as early as possible. Comfortable and decent sleep plays a very
important role in your overall performance of the day and it is possible
only when you sleep on comfortable mattresses. Bed is also important
but not as much as mattress. Because we have to lie on it for almost 7
to 8 hours. So if mattress is not comfortable then we are not only able
to sleep but the pain also starts in whole body.
