It also helps in reducing body weight, lowers the risk of obesity, fractures associated with brittle bones, reduces cholesterol and triglyceride levels in the blood, level of oxygen improved and circulation of blood becomes better, trampoline strengthens the muscles and reduces the chances of osteoporosis in near future. It increase quantity of mineral in your body and bones and make them stronger, in this way the chances of fractures reduces.  Besides keeping your body fit and strong it also keeps you mentally fit and alert. So we can say that it is the best way to keep adults and children.
 
Everyone wants to do exercise but very few of them like to do it. Because it takes time and a proper training also otherwise it can affect negatively. And many people think it as a hard work so they don’t be able to do it regularly. So for all these people trampoline, is the solution.  It is one of the forms of exercise that can be done by people of all age groups. It is more like fun than exercise. Like other forms of exercise it doesn’t require any training, skills or any particular clothing. It is the safest and easiest exercise of all. Trampolines is better than other exercises like jogging, running, skipping.
